Cationic fabric is a fully polyester fabric, generally using cationic yarn in the warp and ordinary polyester yarn in the weft. Sometimes, in order to achieve a better linen-like effect, polyester and cationic fibers are blended. During dyeing, different dyes are also used. Ordinary dyes are used for polyester yarns and cationic dyes are used for cationic yarns. The fabric surface will have a two-tone effect .
Cationic fabric has the characteristics of soft hand feel, not easy to fade, wrinkle resistance and wear resistance . Its wear resistance is very good. After adding some artificial fibers such as polyester and spandex, the strength is higher and the elasticity is better. Its wear resistance is second only to nylon . In addition, it also has some chemical properties, such as corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, bleach resistance, oxidant resistance, hydrocarbon resistance, ketone resistance, petroleum product resistance and inorganic acid resistance. It also has some physical properties such as ultraviolet resistance .
